Intensive 3 month program includes ongoing dialogue between client and practicioner, examination of daily food journals, supplementation and proper timing, and nutritional direction based on body composition analysis, fitness and training reports. Complimentary consultation to determine candidacy for program. Limited availability. Please inquire about rates.
